Book cover for young readers. The story centers around a boy who finds a magical ring that he later discovers belongs to the god Thor. Upon finding the ring and putting it on it grants him all of Thor's powers and iconic equipment: gauntlets, belt and hammer.

The client requested a comic-style illustration with action. After some rough sketches we both agreed this was by far our favorite concept: the main character exhibiting Thor's powers for the first time. I really love the energy and colors in this piece. Plus it was just so much fun to work on.
